Ingrid Marie Rivera, the winner of Miss Puerto Rico 2008, is at the center of a scandal. From what is known, there has been a series of serious pranks were pulled on the former candidate. Some involved putting pepper on the winners makeup which made her face swell like a peach! They stole her makeup as well...I guess even beauty queen candidates can go back to their High School ways.
